Credits and billing

How a plan's minutes are counted, charged and topped up.

Plans are sized in minutes of finished video. Your balance is kept in credits, the unit the app and the API count in, and a run is charged when it completes, in proportion to the finished video's length and the settings it used. The opening and ending are not counted. Every run is billed for at least ten seconds. A run that fails, is cancelled or stops on a step is not charged. Checks are free.

What changes the cost

A plan's minutes are counted at 1080p with a Standard voice. A Studio voice uses about one and a half times as much of the month, 4K about twice, burned-in subtitles a little more on top. Your own ElevenLabs voice on your key costs the same as a Standard voice. The estimate shown before a run uses the project's settings and the guide's length; the charge uses the real video.

Plans and packs

A month, about
Starter, $49 20 minutes
Pro, $149 70 minutes
Team, $399, on request 200 minutes, then $2.00 per extra minute

A month's minutes reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Top-up packs ($27, $75 and $249: about 10, 30 and 100 minutes at standard settings) are valid three months and are used after the month's minutes. The balance belongs to the organisation and is shared by its members.

Running out

A run that runs out of balance mid-way pauses. The run page and the API carry a one-click top-up link; once paid, resume the run and only the recording starts over. Coding agents relay the same link when start_run is refused for lack of balance.

Where to look

Billing in the app shows the balance, the month's usage, every charge with the run it belongs to, invoices, and the plan. A low-balance email goes out once a day when the balance falls below your threshold.
