Screen Browser writes the narration, captions and highlights on its own from the quoted sentences in a guide. When you want a specific effect, write it on the line before the step it decorates, as shown in the guide syntax.

An effect outside your plan is skipped at recording time: the step and its narration still run, and the run's activity says which effect was skipped. The validator warns about it before you record.
Effects inside iframes
Effects reach elements inside iframes (a block editor's canvas, an embedded form): the ring, annotation, zoom and tooltip are drawn where the element sits on screen.
Output
1080p by default, or 4K (a 1080p layout rendered at twice the density). Subtitles can be burned in; they come from the narration and its exact timing, in whatever language the video narrates. See pricing for what each setting costs.
